Our Standards

With our core purpose of ‘Keeping Families Together’ at the heart of everything we do, it is important that all our team and partner practices understand what we do differently, why it’s important to us and how we keep it alive.

What do our standards mean for you?

A consistent Rightwill experience for every client, no matter which one of our offices or partner firms you visit.

You should experience the same quality of service every time, which is driven by our Training Academy who ensure each and every legal advisor is up to our standard.

Our Training Academy

Our Training Academy facilitates the development of all Rightwill advisors across our network of partner practices. Every advisor goes through a training and development program that ensures you are receiving the very best advice and service possible.

The Academy ensures that all of our advisors have the skills and knowledge to be able to service our clients throughout their lifetime, ensuring their documents are up-to-date and providing the opportunity for clients to choose how they want to be remembered for future generations.

The core of our standards

Protect your sentimental wishes

It’s the little things, often with very little financial value but a huge amount of sentimental value, that can make the biggest difference to your loved ones.

Provide emotional comfort during a time of grief

We have created a platform for you to leave hand-written messages behind for your family and friends, something to be treasured far beyond the money.

Understand the reasons behind your decisions

A Will is a clinical document with no information around why you’ve made the decisions you have. This can cause the family to have questions and we want to make sure we have all of the answers.

Give guidance to the people left behind

We do everything we can to make things as easy as possible for your loved ones and to give you a voice in a situation where you would otherwise be unheard.

6 in 10 believe they are protected by regulation which means they do their wills online or by themselves.

This is not a protected Will
