A Will is your final bit of communication when you pass away.

A Will helps you protect those that you love and puts you in control of what happens to your estate when you sadly aren’t here anymore.

Whether or not you consider yourself to have many possessions or much money, it is still important to make a Will.

We offer a No Cost Review Meeting to discuss your Will or review your current Will to ensure everything is up to date and we have given you the appropriate advice. It’s completely FREE.

Why do I need a Will?

Making a will isn’t just for the elderly, it can help protect your loved ones if the worst happens.

Why having a Will is important

If you die without a will, UK law will dictate how your money, property or possessions will be distributed. This may not be the way that you would have wished

Partners who are unmarried and partners who have not registered a civil partnership cannot inherit from each other unless there is a will in place. This may create serious financial problems for your other half

Your loved ones aren’t left without unanswered questions

If your circumstances have changed, it is important that you make a will to ensure that your money and possessions are distributed according to your wishes. For example, if you have separated and your ex-partner now lives with someone else, you may want to change your Will. If you are married or enter into a registered civil partnership, this will make any previous will you have made invalid

If you have children, it is extremely important to ensure the necessary arrangements can be made if either one or both parents die
