How long can Probate take?
We aim to make the Probate process as easy and straight forward as possible
Probate can be a time consuming process involving individuals, organisations and government agencies.
On average, Probate can take between six to twelve months to complete. Of course, every Estate is different and may not take as long, however delays can occur for example during property sales and obtaining valuations.
We try our very best to attain the Grant Application as quickly as possible for you to ensure that you can finalise the estate administration and attain closure for the deceased.
