David leads our Client Experience, Client Support and Business Performance Teams, ensuring our clients have a first-rate experience when protecting their legacies with Right Legal Group.
He looks at the overall client journey, identifies ways to improve how we help ‘Keep Families Together’ and liaises with our Partner Practices to help them deliver an outstanding RightWill service.
