Customer Sales Advisor Role
Who we are looking for
We are looking for Customer Sales Advisors to join our thriving and vibrant Customer Experience Department at our head office in Derby. If you are wanting to work for a modern law firm that is very different and a company that has lots of opportunities for growth and progression, we’d love to hear from you!

Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Establishing relationships with clients; new, existing and potential through regular contact
- Maintaining the diaries of Legal Advisors with new and amended client meetings
- Responding to inbound calls from our clients in a timely and friendly manner
- Assist in ensuring our client management system is maintained with accurate and up to date information
Key Skills and Attributes
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to listen, understand and advise to meet the client’s needs
- Keen attention to detail
- The ability to work well as part of a wider team network as well as being able to work on your own initiative
- Passion about supporting those in need and providing outstanding customer service
