Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Working with the rest of the business to deliver its core purpose and cultural values, driving the same thinking throughout the RLG network
- Build effective relationships with internal stakeholders to drive results
- Support the Partner Relationships team to drive revenue via policy, procedure and continual improvement
- Ensure that our distribution network is achieving the minimum standard of process, with breaches escalated and resolutions successfully completed and followed through
- Identify the training needs of the distribution network to ensure the minimum process standards can be met, with the delivery of process training where appropriate
- All Operating Manuals are created, maintained and/or continually developed
- Ensuring accurate reporting of the business CRM system across our network
- Thorough understanding of the business CRM system
- Where required assisting with network visits, branch launches and ad-hoc activities as required by business
- General operational support and supporting all aspects of Operations Division
- Be a Subject Matter Expert of all variations of the network distributions
- Operational training delivery for new starters and branches within the network distribution
Key Competencies
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills
- Well versed in the usage of MS Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Effective listening and communication skills including written, oral and presentation
- Good time management & able to work to tight deadlines
- Good negotiation skills
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Previous experience of managing internal/external stakeholders is essential at all levels
- Ability to successfully work as part of a team to create innovative business results
- Ability to work under own initiative
