Who we're looking for
A highly motivated individual with previous experience working in an IT support environment is desired but not essential as training will be provided. The successful candidate will be part of the IT Support Team and will provide onsite and remote support to 100+ users based at our Derby head office and branch offices throughout the UK. You will be able to display excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate easily, clearly, and politely with end-users with various levels of IT literacy.
Key competencies
Excellent communication skills (able to communicate on a technical and non-technical level)
Strong understanding of Office 365 especially Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams
Ability to work as part of a team or individually
Able to work to strict deadlines
Desired
Intermediate knowledge of IT systems and hardware
Previous experience working in an IT support environment
