About the role
Due to expansion over the past 12 months we are looking for a Customer Service Agent to join our thriving and vibrant Customer Experience Department in our head office in Derby. If you are looking for a career in customer service and would like to work in a modern and up-and-coming law firm then we would love to hear from you
Key roles and responsibilities
• Establishing relationships with clients; new, existing and potential through regular contact
• Maintaining the diaries of Legal Advisors with new and amended client meetings
• Responding to inbound calls from our clients in a timely and friendly manner
• Assist in ensuring our client management system is maintained with accurate and up to date information
Key skills and attributes
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to listen, understand and advise to meet the client’s needs
• Keen attention to detail
• The ability to work well as part of a wider team network as well as being able to work on your own initiative
• Passion about supporting those in need and providing outstanding customer service
