Client Support Advisor

As a Client Support Advisor you will be the ‘front line’ for all general client enquiries and to accurately assess who is the appropriate owner of the client enquiry. You will take ownership of the client where there is no appropriate owner until its conclusion, always delivering a world class client service.

Location: DE21, Wyvern Business Park, Derby

Contract Type: Full-time | Permanent

Salary: £20,400 + monthly performance earnings (up to an additional £4,000 per year)

Main duties & Responsibilities

    • Take ownership of all inbound calls at the start of the client journey

    • Asses the clients’ needs and give them a world class first impression

    • Handing the client over to the right department/team member and maintaining ownership where not possible

    • Client retention

    • Ambassador of excellent client care

    • Identify client trends and identify areas of improvement

    • Driving standards across the business

    • Covering for our FOH team as required

    • Taking ownership of department and personal KPI’s
